中共中央转发华东局关于纠正宣传工作中无组织无纪律现象通报的批示

各中央局、分局，各前委：

兹将华东局九月二十八日电发给你们，请转发各省委、区党委、市委及其宣传部与各报社、通讯社、广播台讨论。最近各地对执行宣传工作中的统一制度表现怠工，对于全国性的政策未经向中央请示轻易发表意见，对于有全国重要性的消息，未经中央统一发表而首先在地方报纸和广播台上发表，这种混乱现象亟须纠正。除关于统一发布新闻问题中央将另有规定外，望各地先根据华东局申俭电进行检讨并将检讨情形速报我们。
